Have you ever wanted to work with a client who couldn't afford your services? There are many alternate forms of compensation to consider including royalties, equity shares, delayed payments, sponsorship, and goods. We'll discuss how to identify potential opportunities as well as best practices for structuring these deals and developing long-term relationships.

Aaron Meshon, a Brooklyn based illustrator has been commissioned to create work for Crocodile Creek and Kid Robot as well as many other companies where he negotiates royalties and contracts for licensing. Aaron has also worked with hundreds of clients such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Sony, I.B.M, and Rolling Stone. His first children's book as author and illustrator will be released in early 2013 through Simon and Schuster.

Moderated by Sheri L Koetting, Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of MSLK.
