When talking to a potential new client, we frequently rely on intuition to decide whether to accept the project or not. Trusting your gut is a crucial part of decisionmaking, but what are the guiding principles that define your judgement? Exactly what qualities and aspects of a project are most important to you?

In this interactive workshop, George Aye, co-founder of Greater Good Studio in Chicago, will walk you through a process for defining your own rubric to evaluate clients. You will come out of the workshop with a clear framework for picking new clients and projects, and a script of questions that you can use on those initial calls to get to the key information you need. Greater Good Studio has found this approach to be transformative to their business, and it has become an indelible part of the studio's brand and culture.
