Sharon Lee Thony is a seasoned brand and marketing executive with over two decades of experience crafting award-winning campaigns for global brands in the travel, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. She is the author of The Marketing Campaign Playbook: A Step-by-Step Guide for Entrepreneurs, Marketers, and Small Business Owners, a resource empowering businesses to build effective, scalable marketing strategies.

As the Founder and CEO of SLT Consulting (SLTC), Sharon leads a boutique digital marketing agency that partners with visionary brands to achieve remarkable growth. SLTC's notable clients include Peloton, Warby Parker, sweetgreen, and Facebook. The agency's innovative approach combines social media, search marketing, website optimization, email marketing, digital performance, and brand strategy to drive meaningful impact.

Sharon is also a Founding Advisor for The Whisper Group, supporting female founders in building and exiting successful businesses. She is an angel investor and advocate for women and BIPOC professionals, mentoring and advising several innovative, female-led ventures. She serves on the board of Girls Inc. LA and is a member of Fast Company’s Executive Board.

A dedicated educator, Sharon is an adjunct professor who has taught over 1,000 classes and workshops in digital marketing, inspiring the next generation of marketers. She regularly delivers keynote presentations and workshops at industry conferences.

Sharon earned a BA from New York University and an MBA from The Wharton School. She lives in Buffalo, NY, with her husband, two basketball-loving sons, and their dog, Spiderman. When she’s not working, she co-hosts Modern Minorities, a Top 10 podcast exploring society and culture, and champions causes that support women and girls.
