How do you structure your billing schedules to ensure that your cash flow is stable, and get your clients to pay on time? Do you ever set up alternate compensation structures – such as taking equity in the client’s company, or trading services? Following on our design pricing webinar, we’re convening the second in our monthly Power Lunch series to discuss the ins-and-outs of how we get paid. This is an opportunity to learn directly from other design business owners and discuss best practices and issues in a transparent, intimate setting with the goal of improving your business.
