Join us for a special Spark Studio visit with legendary designer, Louise Fili, as she shares her insights on running a small design practice since 1989. Particular emphasis will be placed on her business successes and achieving a work/life balance.

Prior to starting her own firm, Fili worked as a senior designer for Herb Lubalin and was art director at Pantheon Books. She has won numerous awards including the induction into the Art Directors Hall of Fame in 2004. Her work is in the permanent collections of the Library of Congress, the Cooper Hewitt Museum and the Bibliothéque Nationale in Paris. She has co-authored several books on design including Typology, Stylepedia and Italianissimo.
