Join us for a conversation with Douglas Riccardi of MEMO as he shares his insights from over 20 years running an independent studio. We will talk about MEMO’s business practices, how to find and keep clients that support great work, achieving work/life balance, and the ephemeral connection between food and design.

MEMO is a Manhattan-based graphic design consultancy specializing in branding for the food and hospitality industries, with clients including Mario Batali, Schnippers, and Loews Hotels. Prior to founding MEMO, Douglas’s career includes Tibor Kalman’s renowned M&Co, Benetton, and Sottsass Associati. Douglas also teaches typography at the School of Visual Arts and entrepreneurship at the International Culinary Center.
