Join us for a conversation with David Jalbert-Gagnier, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Objective Subject, a New York-based design firm creating a more informed and engaged society by rethinking how companies, institutions, and governments are framed and experienced. We will talk about Objective Subject's business practices, the role of designer as citizen, and how design processes can solve a range of civic and social challenges.

David has led the company since it’s founding in 2007, guiding the firm’s clients and the design team towards solutions based on rational thinking with creative solutions. A native of Québec, Canada, David worked at Landor in New York and Hauser Lacour in Frankfurt, Germany before co-founding Objective Subject. The firm’s projects include rebranding the Associated Press, brand and digital engagements with the New York Times, and a rethinking of citizen communication with the City of Oakland.

Seating is very limited, so reserve your ticket early.
