Deroy Peraza is a Founding Partner and Creative Director at Hyperakt, an independent New York City design firm with a passion for creating work that effects change in the world around us: meaningful design for the common good. 

Sheri L. Koetting is Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of MSLK, a boutique design and marketing agency that specializes in reinvigorating fashion and beauty brands through 360° brand positioning — from overall brand identity, to packaging, retail experience, websites, and social media campaigns.
