Kristen Leibensperger of Leibensperger Law has spent her career practicing intellectual property law and commercial litigation working for some of the world's most notable brands. Her background includes a wide variety of copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and licensing issues.

Michael Zinna is managing partner of the intellectual property law firm Ward & Zinna, LLC—a full-service IP boutique that handles all aspects of patent, trademark and copyright law, including procurement, clearance, litigation and licensing. Michael is primarily a litigator, but he also counsels clients on patent and trademark procurement, as well as licensing strategy. His firm has an active patent and trademark prosecution docket, and he has been involved in the strategy behind hundreds of trademarks. His clients include brand names such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Godiva Chocolatier and Netflix, but he also works with small businesses, entrepreneurs and individual inventors.

Gary Laurie Esq.’s (garylaurieesq.com) practice focuses on entertainment and arts law, intellectual property, and general business and contract law. He is the immediate past Chair of the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and also teaches legal courses at Montclair State University and New Jersey City University.
