How do you handle it when clients push back on your fees? Do you have trouble getting paid what you're truly worth? Are you demanding fees that are in alignment with your firm's value? In this interactive workshop, Ted Leonhardt will help you determine how to respond to the conversations about money that creative professionals routinely struggle with when negotiating with clients or prospects.

Ted’s teaching and writing is all about helping creatives use their creativity to become more comfortable and effective when asking for the money.

Ted is the author of "Nail It: Stories for Designers Negotiating with Confidence" and works with creative firms to help them communicate their value to clients. Prior to starting his consultancy in 2004, he founded, built, and negotiated the sale of the award-winning brand design consultancy, The Leonhardt Group. He then served as the global creative director for FITCH Worldwide in London where he oversaw twenty-seven offices and five hundred creative employees.
