Join us for our monthly members-only online Power Lunch. Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, our Power Lunches are an opportunity to discuss the challenges that you face in your business, and learn proven solutions and tips direct from other design business owners in an intimate, transparent setting.

This month we’ll be talking about building relationships. Nurturing a pipeline of leads takes time, and typically months or years go by from the time that you first connect with a contact until they become a client. How do you nurture and build that relationship and go from first conversation to signing on the dotted line? There are many methods – newsletters, regular personal emails, phone calls, free consultations – and each works better for different scenarios. What has worked for you? What hasn’t been worth the time? What criteria do you use to segment and vet your leads to focus on the most promising? How do you measure conversion rates? We’ll be discussing these questions and more. Bring your best tips and most pressing challenges, and be ready to help others.
